Slush machine sourcing guide
OEM Slush Machine Supplier: Tank Capacity, Cooling System and Private Label Checklist
For importers and private-label beverage equipment buyers, a slush machine quotation should not stop at price. Tank capacity, compressor performance, material choice, spare parts, packaging and market certification all affect whether the product can be sold smoothly.

A good OEM slush machine supplier should help you compare the right model for your sales channel, not simply send a model list. Before requesting a quotation, prepare the expected use case, target market, plug or voltage standard, branding requirement and estimated order quantity.
1. Match Tank Capacity to the Sales Scenario
Tank capacity is usually the first visible difference between slush machine models. A small counter-top unit may be suitable for convenience stores, small cafes or seasonal retail channels, while larger multi-tank models are more suitable for beverage shops, cinemas, events and distributors that sell to commercial users.
- Single tank: easier for low-SKU beverage service or entry-level retail projects.
- Double tank: useful when the buyer needs two flavors or higher peak-hour output.
- Triple tank: better for commercial beverage operators and distributors with stronger volume demand.
2. Check Cooling System and Consistency
Cooling performance affects user experience more than the product photo does. Ask the supplier how the machine maintains slush consistency, what ambient temperature range it is designed for, and whether the compressor and motor configuration are suitable for your market.
3. Confirm Material, Cleaning and Food Contact Details
For beverage equipment, buyers should pay attention to tank material, mixing parts, faucet design and cleaning convenience. If your target channel includes supermarkets or chain stores, product maintenance will be part of the buyer’s decision process.
Ask whether the food-contact materials can match your market requirements, whether detachable parts are easy to clean, and whether the supplier can provide product photos, manuals or test documentation for compliance review.
4. Define Private Label and Packaging Requirements
Private label work should be discussed early. Logo position, sticker or silk-screen method, carton artwork, manual language, plug type and barcode requirements can all change the final cost and timeline. If the first order is small, ask what can be customized at MOQ and what needs a higher order quantity.
- Logo on machine body or control panel
- Custom color box, master carton and instruction manual
- Plug, voltage and language version for the target country
- Product label, barcode and spare parts list
5. What to Send Before Requesting a Quotation
To reduce back-and-forth messages, send the supplier a short sourcing brief instead of asking only for the catalog. This helps the supplier recommend the right model and quote more accurately.
- Target country or region
- Preferred tank quantity and capacity range
- Estimated first order quantity and annual demand
- Branding and packaging requirements
- Required certification or compliance documents
- Target delivery time and destination port
